How do Hermès restock alerts work?

RestockAlerts monitors selected Hermès product families and sends an email when tracked products are detected online. Choose the products and product families you care about, such as Picotin or Evelyne, then save your watchlist.

Do I need an account to use RestockAlerts?

You can browse without an account, but you'll need to sign in to create and manage alerts.

How do I set up a restock alert?

Choose Hermès products from the selector on the home page, review your watchlist, then save your alert.
You can manage alerts anytime in your alerts dashboard.

How fast are restock notifications?

We check tracked Hermès products frequently and send notifications quickly when availability changes.

Do I get email or text alerts?

We currently send alerts by email only. SMS/text alerts are coming soon, and we'll announce it as soon as they're ready.

Can I track multiple products at once?

Yes — create multiple alerts and manage them in your alerts dashboard.

Can I track specific Hermès products?

Yes. You can select individual products from the Hermès selector when we support them.

Can I track a whole Hermès product family?

Yes. Select the family checkbox to track every supported item in that product family.

Can I edit my alert after creating it?

Absolutely. Head to your alerts dashboard and click Edit to update sizes, colors, or other preferences.

How do I stop tracking a product?

Open your alerts dashboard and delete the alert for that product.

What Hermès products can I track?

RestockAlerts supports selected Hermès product families, with examples shown in the selector. Coverage is designed to expand as more families are added.

Does RestockAlerts buy Hermès products for me?

No. RestockAlerts only sends availability alerts. We do not purchase products, automate checkout, reserve inventory, or act as a shopping service.

Is RestockAlerts affiliated with Hermès?

No. RestockAlerts is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Hermès.

Is RestockAlerts free to use?

RestockAlerts is a paid service. You can explore the site for free, but alerts require a subscription. See pricing for current plans.

How many products can I track?

The Pro plan supports focused Hermès watchlists per region.

What’s the difference between monthly and yearly plans?

Monthly and yearly billing include the same Pro features. The yearly plan is billed annually at $192 and saves 20% compared to monthly.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel anytime, and your plan will stay active until the end of your billing period.

What is RestockAlerts' refund policy?

For users who haven't tracked any products: If you cancel your subscription without ever setting up a product alert, you're eligible for a full refund of your last month's payment. Simply contact our support team within 7 days of cancellation.

For users who have tracked products: Once you've set up and tracked at least one product, no refunds are issued for subscription cancellations. This is because our system has already consumed compute resources to monitor and check your tracked products multiple times per hour. Every product you track requires our servers to continuously poll retailer websites, process data, and maintain alert infrastructure 24/7. These resources are consumed from the moment you create your first alert, regardless of whether you receive a notification.

Do you only support the examples listed on the page?

No. Product names on the page are examples or current selector options. The service is built to add more Hermès families without rewriting the core experience.

How often does RestockAlerts check for restocks?

Paid plans include frequent Hermès availability checks, with Pro designed for larger Hermès watchlists.

Can I use RestockAlerts outside the US?

You can receive alerts anywhere email is available. Hermès product coverage depends on the regions supported by our monitoring backend.
